2. Orders placed after cutoff time (3 PM) will be processed the next business day
   
3. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
   
2. Return request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery
   
3. Product must be free from damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear
